The Certificate in Youth Ministry prepares those called to serve the next generation. It combines a grounding in Scripture and doctrine with the particular skills youth work demands – leadership, counseling, and mission among young people. For our churches across Europe, this program carries a further weight: the young people in our congregations are being formed in the languages and cultures of the countries they live in, and they need leaders who can meet them there while holding them to the same faith.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

      An intentional discipleship track helping young people discover their gifts, grow in Christian character, and take up leadership roles in their church and community. Includes mentoring from experienced leaders.<\/p>

      • Tamil Christian Identity<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

        A unique program exploring what it means to be a Tamil Christian in Europe \u2014 navigating cultural identity, faith, and witness in a diaspora context. Helps young people remain rooted in their Tamil heritage while growing in their Christian calling.<\/p>

        • Ministry Skills for Youth<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

          Practical training in worship, evangelism, small group leadership, and digital communication \u2014 equipping young people to serve effectively in 21st-century church ministry.<\/p>
